RX78 Evolve 15

its been a while since my last post, got a little bored  and spend my times on online gaming :D

BMKC batam model kit community hosting an event called UCWB or Universal Century Wanna Be
its a modelling competition which it main challenge is to make Universal Century line kit from other Gundam Century line

For this i will make RX78 evolve version from age-2DB, always like the evolve version although for me it looks more like strike than RX78.
Actually i already started this project about a month ago, will update the picture along the way.

re-starting the zeta

after several weeks break from gunpla, its time to do my HGUC Zeta, its been BIB for awhile so i'm abit forgot what am i intended to do with it last time :lol:

so back from its slumber, what i do is
- add 1.5mm to the head so it will be a slight bigger
- postition the shock
- a few plaplating on its chest

for the backpack i used part from ex-model s gundam attacker
part from bawoo.
the flight stabilizer i use part from zeta, since i need 2 of those so i SB the upper part.

it looks SO heavy now...... :lol:

actually i already did ( but not finished yet) its leg
but its not jointed yet, hopefully finish it soon or maybe i just finish the upper body than move on to the other part.......... :D

dilemma

yesterday i join a group build title ''Group Battle : Zeta vs Delta+''
it started yesterday and deadline on july 2013

i'm in the Zeta group (obviously), unpacked my (already) back in box HG zeta kit that i already kitbash it with Bawoo.

add the body 3cm
SB the front skirt
make joint for the hip
modified the backpack













THEN.......
another idea cross my mind

i always love the age 3 orbital leg, it remind me of Hyper Zeta leg.
since i only got the AG grade, try to fit it and turn out I totally love the new looks.














but i don't think that its a zeta anymore, the only thing that Zeta about it just the wing stabilizer and the head
since its a slow day at the office, why dont do something fun with it.

now I totally confused.......sigh...........

HG age 1 cygnus

this is my entry for group build on gundammodelkit.com and for Bali Gunpla Builder 2012 championship

it base on HG gundam age-1 normal

for the leg i use HG age-1 spallow

for the backpack i used the wings from AG age-2 normal, some part from HG ZZ, and for the lower backpack i used from some leftover (actually i forget from what :lol:)

primer it with anaheim white primer

i'm using white primer because i want to change the dark blue color of the leg into white

finally finish it all in around 3-4 month

for the paint i use

blue-anaheim sandrock blue mix with sky blue

white-nippe dull white with alittle bit of black, and abit more black for the grey

inner-i randomly mix some white and black with abit of silver, yellow and red

green-flourecent green extracted from pylox spraycan

yellow-anaheim yellow with alittle bit of red

handpainted on some soft grey part with acrylic. and avian enamel chrome on the vernier n thruster.
